Deleting your account.
You can delete your Yirmi account in two ways: from within the app or by e-mail request.
1. Deleting from within the app
Go to the Profile tab from the menu.
Open Settings → Security.
Tap "Delete account".
Confirm the warning that appears; your account will be deleted.
2. What happens to your data?
Your authentication record is deleted and your profile becomes invisible to other users. Message, match and game history may be retained for reference purposes to preserve the integrity of other users' experience.
3. Deleting by request
If you can't access your account, send an e-mail with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered e-mail address. Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest, as required by the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).
Signing up again. You can register again with the same details; however, your previous history will not be restored.
